Reflection period/return

Sometimes you may wish to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you do not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

You will have another 14 days to return your product after cancellation. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the shop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per parcel, for the exact rates please consult your carrier's website. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original state and packaging. To exercise this right, you must contact us at info@luxurywhite.nl. We will instruct you and then refund the order amount due within 14 days of reporting your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary, we may charge you for this reduction in the value of the product. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when you return it.

Returning a product?

Would you like to return your product? That is no problem at all. Please contact info@luxurywhite.eu. However, you will have to bear the cost of returning the product yourself.

I provided a wrong delivery address!

Did you accidentally enter a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.

*Returns are only possible if the plastic is still around the product for hygiene reasons. 

*Returns are only possible via the instructions we give you. Returns that we receive that have not been notified in advance fall outside the right of return and will therefore not be processed.
